That is why we offer the Dexclusive Low Price Guarantee. When a customer decides to buy a watch or pair of sunglasses, Dexclusive's goal is to provide the lowest price on every product we sell. Through the Dexclusive Low Price Guarantee as a customer you are assured the best deal online for any product we sell.

Dexclusive will match or beat the final price (for example, price of the watch plus any shipping charges) of another website at our discretion, when all of the following criteria are met.

Here's how the Dexclusive Low Price Guarantee works:

• The product must be purchased from Dexclusive.com
• The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock
• The product must be the same style, size, and color that is on dexclusive.com.
• The merchant offering the lower price must be a website or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club or a daily deal.
• If the merchant offering the lower price is a store, it must be a legitimate store located within the United States of America.
• Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.

Please call us at 1-866-573-3953 or send an email to sales@dexclusive.com have your order number ready, and either the URL of the site where you found the item (and directions of how to find the specific product), or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.

After we verify the information, we will give you a refund to match the difference, and email you with your new total. Offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Dexclusive.com. Please note that this offer is only valid for 14 days after you make your purchase. This offer applies to a maximum of three (3) items of any particular style (SKU) per customer.

Dexclusive Low Price Guarantee is only available for orders shipped within the United States and its Territories, and to APO/FPO addresses.

Note: we cannot offer price protection on Citizen watches. As an authorized retailer we have our prices set as low as we are allowed to by Citizen of America. Any prices lower than ours are not permitted by Citizen of America.

Other Qualification for the Dexclusive Low Price Guarantee:

• Applies to claims made within 14 days from purchase date.
• Limited to only three claims in any 90-day period per customer.
• Limited to three identical items per customer.
• Limited to items with valid serial numbers.
• Does not apply to new merchandise versus factory-reconditioned comparisons.
• Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
• The web site or retail store offering the lower price must be a verifiable authorized dealer of the brand in question.
• Dexclusive low price guarantee does not apply to special order merchandise.
• We reserve the right to match a price at our discretion.
