Please call us to obtain an RMA number. For warranty issues please keep the manufacturer’s box and other paraphernalia provided by the manufacturer. Please include a photocopy of the Dexclusive Warranty Card.
Note: We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. For Refund/ Returns you will be charged a minimum of 15% of the purchased price and shipping and handling costs. This does not apply to Warranty issues.
